The aging of paper depends on various factors, including environmental conditions, microbiological factors and chemical composition. Chitosan-coated is an eco-friendly material that has potential use in packaging applications due to its mechanical, barrier antibacterial properties. In this study, the stability chitosan-coated wood-free wrapping was evaluated by examining pulp four samples with different quantities chitosan. Accelerated thermal dynamic thermogravimetric analysis were used assess stability, while color changes examined understand impact chitosan coating. study found increasing coating led improved crosslinking process between paper. coated displayed a yellowish hue after 72 h aging, increased strength resistance weight loss.
